Culture week at Trinity Western University takes place October 28 - November 1. On October 30th, Sodexo partnered up with the African Caribbean club at Trinity Western University and featured African and Caribbean dishes at the Main Caf. Chef Tanya and Wain had a great time working with the African Caribbean club to develop the recipes and to showcase them to the Trinity Western Community.
